Last month we opened ‘New Horizons’ in Andermatt; an exhibition that explored our European projects through models, illustrations and photography. These were displayed in the Nossenhaus, which accommodates our new studio.

Tuckey Design Studio started work in continental Europe with the Rothaus 15 years ago and have since established a diverse portfolio including the Michelberger Hotel in Berlin, Trevarefabrikken cultural venue in Norway and the Wachthuus restaurant & ski lodge in Switzerland. The new satellite office will support current and future projects, including a cork-clad eco retreat in Piedmont, a new-build chalet in Andermatt and a villa in Lombardy.

The evening was a great success, with live music performed by local duo Maria and Franz Gehrig, refreshments served by the team of Vinothek 1620, and a few words given by director Jonathan Tuckey about the significance of the new studio opening.
